Spring '12 Release Training

This online training gives you a first look at the salesforce.com Spring '12 release. The training focuses on the new capabilities and enhancements to existing features. There are six training modules, and each one includes feature overviews, relevant use cases, and in-depth demonstrations.

We recommend you take all six training modules, but if you are preparing for a certification maintenance exam, use the following guidelines for study:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator: Spring '12 Release Exam: Chatter, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data.com, Analytics, the following Force.com topics: System Overview, Schema Builder, Visual Workflow.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Developer: Spring '12 Release Exam: Force.com, and Analytics.

Note – If you are a Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant, you must complete the Certified Administrator exam. If you are a Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Developer or a Salesforce.com Certified Technical Architect, you must take the Certified Force.com Developer exam.
